Great news if you haven't heard, the Lob-sters took all 3 courts yesterday over the Valley girls from Moon Valley CC. We can't really gloat too much, considering they were a newly formed team and we have more experience, but it was still fun to win and a nice way to start the season.
Sandy gets the "Tough as a Lobster Shell" award for rolling her ankle when we were up 4-0 in the second set and then hobbling back out there after icing it for a few minutes to finish off the set, 6-0. Sandy, thanks for eating nails for breakfast yesterday, but please let us know if your ankle's okay today.
